Summary

get_shopping_list: flat rows for up to 14 recipe refs, pantry staples flagged, no merging across recipes or sources; a bad ref fails the whole call naming the fix
plan_week, find_recipe and whats_available MCP prompts encoding the safe flow (slug resolution, traces default, seeded shuffle)
completion handler serves allergen, cuisine, source and ingredient prompt arguments from the live vocabulary views
excludeIngredients (dislikes, any match excludes) and maxTotalMinutes (null-excludes) on search_recipes
test fixture now shares one query context - per-call contexts leaked connections past postgres max_connections

Test plan

dotnet test: 221 passing (unit + Testcontainers integration)
round-trip suite drives the real server over MCP: shopping list rows and error case, prompt listing and render, completions including comma continuation
prompt templates pinned across argument combinations; shopping list pantry flags, ref cap and portion errors pinned against fixture data
