Summary

v_allergen, v_cuisine, v_tag and v_ingredient union per-source projections with usage counts (PLAN.md PR 3)
hellofresh traces-of allergen entities fold into their canonical slug, contains and traces counted apart; gousto trace counts stay 0 (unknown, not none)
list_allergens, list_cuisines, list_tags and search_ingredients page the views in the shared envelope, recipe_count desc, take capped at 100
tags joins the search filters; hellofresh v_recipe tags switch from names to slugs so a listed token matches the filter
server instructions and tool descriptions tell agents to resolve slugs before filtering
README tools table gains the four tools

Test plan

dotnet test tests/Mealplan.Tests: 121 passed
dotnet test tests/Mealplan.IntegrationTests: 86 passed, including new pins for traces folding, per-source counts, slug-array coverage, tag round-trip into the filter, envelope ordering/clamp, and the four tools over the MCP client
