Summary

the aspnet runtime image ships no wget, curl or netcat, so the mcp healthcheck exited 127 on every probe and the container was permanently unhealthy
traefik will not route to an unhealthy container, so no router was registered: the domain served 404 on every path and never got a certificate
probe over bash /dev/tcp instead; bash is already in the image, and installing curl pulls in 15 packages including krb5, ldap and sasl
add start_period so the startup view rebuild does not fail early probes

Test plan

confirmed the runtime image has no wget, curl or nc
probe returns 0 against a healthy endpoint, 1 on a 404, and 1 when nothing is listening
extracted the exact string docker compose parses (YAML turns the escapes into real CR/LF bytes) and ran that verbatim against a live server: exit 0
redeploy and confirm the container reports healthy and https://mealplan-mcp.tjc.fyi/health returns 200
