Summary

add dotnet-style, react-style, astro-style, and devcontainer-setup skills as fresh-repo defaults that yield to an existing repo's structure
drop deploy-coolify-docker and project-workflow as too infra/process-specific for the shared repo
drop the build-artifact-guard hook and shared templates (it just echoed .gitignore; repos use their language-default gitignore)
strip private repo name-drops a session cannot know; trim global CLAUDE.md Stack to the devcontainer and pnpm defaults

Test plan

bash tests/run.sh (ascii + git-message lint, repo ASCII self-lint) passes
bash -n install.sh parses; grep confirms no dangling refs to cut skills/hook/templates
