Summary

  • add grill-me plus house-style skills (ascii-only, commit-style, pr-style, compose-style)
  • add ascii-only and git-message PreToolUse lint hooks (python3)
  • add global house-style CLAUDE.md and settings.global.json fragment
  • add idempotent install.sh (symlink components, merge settings, enable-hooks)
  • skills/commands/agents/CLAUDE.md are global; lint hooks are opt-in per project

Test plan

  • bash tests/run.sh - hook unit tests and repo ASCII self-lint all pass
  • sandbox-tested install.sh: symlinks, settings merge, backup, enable-hooks (idempotent)
