Replace mountCredentials and seedAccountState with one passthroughHostAuth switch, enabling only one half leaves Claude Code broken (credentials without account state re-runs onboarding; account state without credentials is unauthenticated), so there's no useful configuration where they differ.

Also extract the postCreate helper into scripts/link-credentials.sh instead of emitting it from a heredoc in install.sh, and pass the baked option value through a sourced options.env file. The helper is now a normal bash file editors can syntax-highlight.
