Summary

rewrite decision 23: a hardcoded template goes end to end through spec, layout, primitives, SVG and pdf-lib before any layer is deepened
svg and pdf-lib agreement on mm -> pt and the decision 20 baseline is the riskiest seam; prove it while the primitive contract is still cheap to change
persistence moves ahead of the editor UI, so the inspector is not built against a template that vanishes on reload
composing the real daily page, printing it and writing on it becomes an explicit final step
the unit-level breakdown now lives in forge milestones and issues rather than in PLAN.md
