Summary

docs/00-14: overview, architecture, domain model + split math, redis schema with CAS script, REST contract (endpoints/DTOs/errors), SignalR contract, ocr sidecar + parsing heuristics, backend and frontend designs, ux wireframes with copy, security/privacy, testing strategy, ci, deployment, milestone build order with acceptance criteria
docs/adr: 5 decision records (self-hosted ocr, hub-vs-rest split, json+CAS, ephemeral-by-design, integer shares)
root CLAUDE.md: hard rules + pointer to docs/ for agent sessions
PLAN.md marked superseded by docs/

Test plan

script-verified every relative link in docs/ resolves to a real file
human skim: wireframes and copy read as intended
