Proof:

  • vitest: a hardcoded stack/box/rect/text tree emits the expected primitive list
  • every primitive carries the nodeId of the node that emitted it
  • layout takes a box in mm and knows nothing of A4, orientation or margins

Satisfies: decisions 1, 2, 16 (layout takes a box), 19, 21
