8.5 page size, orientation and theme have no ui #39

Found composing the real daily page (#24).

There is no control anywhere for page size, orientation, the margin, the three
stroke widths, the three inks or the four font sizes - only the raw JSON
editor.

  • decision 9 promises a global "lighter lines" and "grey rules to save ink"
    control
  • decision 16 offers Letter and landscape "as options"

Both exist in the schema and in no panel. A4 at 10mm is what the daily page
wanted so it did not block, but 15mm or a wide left margin would have.

Related: a widget's copy is opaque, so a built-in's rules cannot be lightened
without unpacking it. The theme is the only lever, which is why it needs one.

Fix: Page and Theme panels driven by the same inputs schema as decision 11, so
no hand-written property panel appears. Ink stays coverage in percent rather
than hex - decision 9 bans the escape hatch, and the greys are already defined
as coverage.
