Found composing the real daily page (#24).

overflowOf and overflowingNodes test the bottom margin only, so #36's 6mm
right-edge overrun was completely silent - no band, no outline badge, no export
warning.

Decision 16's argument is that "silent clipping is how a page prints missing
its last three rows". It applies to all four edges.

Fix: overflow becomes one entry per edge it runs past, each with its own band
and label. The sheet bands each one, the outline badges the nodes reaching past
any of them, and the export warning names each edge.
