Proof:

snapshot tests for repeat over, count and fill, binding $item and $i
range, list and timeSequence are total and pure; the time format is a fixed enum
when: false contributes nothing to layout
fill under an auto ancestor is rejected at validation and flagged on the node - no silent measure-as-zero

Satisfies: decisions 4, 5, 6
