Summary

add a bases content collection: a base is one activity run on an evening, listing the leaf requirements it covers across any badge, plus duration, equipment and tags
/bases library with search and tag filters; /bases/<slug> detail; /bases/new in-app builder that exports an index.md to commit
/plan evening planner: a browser-saved cart of bases, a target length with over/under, per-badge coverage, an aggregated kit list, and named saved evenings (reopen/duplicate/delete)
the plan is the only source of completion: a requirement is done when a base in your plan covers it, named on the badge page; no separate manual progress
home browser and badge pages show what the current plan would complete
nav links and a live plan count

Test plan

pnpm test (45 tests: plan, evenings, coverage math)
pnpm astro check clean; pnpm build builds all pages
exercised locally: add/remove bases, save/open evenings, set length, verify badge coverage and kit list
